I just wanted to quickly introduce for everyone my brothers on the team, and if you’re interested in reading some other blog pages as well. I’ll try to include the ladies soon.

Davie is absolutely crazy! I would consider him the glue of our team.He is such a people person, he helps all to get along and have fun together while doing minsitry. He works with House Visitations, going door-to-door everyday to pray for people’s needs.

Kevin is to me the hands of the team. He aways seems the most willing to jump right in and get involved in the action of where God is working. He works at Joshua Project, which is one of th afterschool programs which helps keep kids off the streets and gives them a chance to learn about God in a safe envirenment.

Andrew is the light of the team, he has such a heart for the kids he ministers to and to all the guys on the team. He never lets us go without prayer each night, and is always wanting to make people smile. He works with the Saint Francis Bay orphanage, caring for young children and giving them the love they rarely receive.

Ryan is the support of our team, although he doesn’t always say a lot, when he speaks, it’s always meaningful to me. He loves to talk to people one-on-one about God, he helps calms us down so we don’t lose our cool. Ryan works with the Ithemba afterschool program, mostly giving guitar lessons and playing with kids.

Tyler is the joy of the team, he loves to have fun doing crazy things too. But I am always surprized by how serious he can be when it comes to talking about God. He loves reaching out to the street kids we’ve met in Jeffreys Bay. He works at Joshua Project as well, just loving the kids and helping them learn about God.

Blair is definitely the mind and wisdom of our team, anyone can come to him with a problem or issue and feel reassured for having talked to him. This man of God speaks the truth of the Word into all our hearts. He also works with House Visitations, going door-to-door to pray for the needs of the community.

  1. Yep… thats us…. but I aslo want to add this….

Matthew to us is the quiet one of the group. He doesn’t usually say much… but when he does… it is the thing we need to hear the most. To me, I feel I can always go to him because I know he will listen. He is Amazing… And he works at Victory… if you didn’t know that yet… :-p

  2. This is such a sweet blog, Matt! I love the unity that you guys have. It’s so inspiring to all of us girls and definitely needed. Thanks for the joy, wisdom, quiet strength, hands, craziness, support, and light. I love you guys!!
